Do you want to earn up to £30,000 training to be a teacher in an outstanding secondary school in North London?

Our schools have an excellent track record of bringing new, talented teachers into the profession through high quality training, delivered by experienced practitioners in our oustanding schools and universities.

We deliver the School Direct programme with our strategic partner, the University College London, Institute of Education (IoE).  This programme lasts for one year (September-June), during which time you will undertake two high quality school placements.  You will receive a programme of training delivered through our schools and the IOE designed to build your confidence and subject knowledge and give you the necessary skills to become an effective classroom teacher.

Potential candidates will be expected to demonstrate the following:

  • A UK undergraduate degree or a recognised equivalent qualification at 2.2 or above
  • GCSE Grade Cs or above in English and Mathematics
  • A strong understanding of the subject you wish to teach
